How do I make an appointment with Ms. Neese?
Please call me to schedule our first session. Please print the initial forms using the links below, complete, and bring them
with you to our first session.
To schedule an appointment, please contact me at (713) 825-0086. Some situations may require an appointment within
24-48 hours. In this case, I may ask that you arrive approximately 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to
complete the initial paperwork.
Sessions are generally an hour in length, and will be documented in writing. Only information considered critical to the
counseling situation is maintained as part of the counseling record. I am required by law to maintain records for a period of
seven (7) years.
I will respect each client as an individual and convey this respect by keeping appointments or contacting the client to
reschedule, if necessary, giving the client my complete attention during sessions, avoiding interruptions during sessions,
and providing the client with the most effective counseling possible.
I serve the Chambers County (Mont Belvieu, Dayton, Liberty, Anahuac) and Harris County (Houston and Baytown)
communities. My office is located in the Mont Belvieu/Barbers Hill area (approximately 30-35 minutes from
downtown Houston). To respect confidentiality, my physical office address will be shared when setting up the first session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an existing appointment must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. If the appointment is
canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, clients are billed $90.00. Please be aware that most if not all
insurance companies do not reimburse for "no-show" or canceled appointments, and the client will be responsible
for the full amount. Unforeseen or emergency situations will be taken under consideration.
